Notes on Submission of Student Information

Welcome to the "We Did It! – Parent-child volunteering" Award Scheme 2019/20.

Before submitting the relevant information, please read carefully the notes below:
1.  Participating schools should go to CHSC’s Website (www.chsc.hk) and enter the Reference Code and Password to log into the dedicated system for submission of information of student and parent awardees. [Please refer to the relevant details in the “Appendix” of the letter dated 16 December 2019.]
2.  Please enter the contact information of the school’s staff-in-charge and information of student and parent awardees in either Chinese or English. Some of their wonderful articles could also be uploaded for CHSC’s sharing in future.
3.  The name of school, name of student awardee and a standard commendation sentence will be printed on each Commendation Certificate.
4.  The ceiling of nomination is 20 pairs of students and parents per school.
5.  After entering the information, please click "Submit" at the bottom of the electronic form. The system will show all the entered information. Please check it carefully. If there is no need to make any amendments, please click "Confirm". If not, please click "Edit". After information has been confirmed, system will send an email to the submitted email address immediately. The school’s staff-in-charge should check the correctness of the information in the email. Please note that any information which has not been "confirmed" in the system will NOT be considered as information formally submitted by the school. The CHSC will not be held responsible for any consequences therein.
6.  After submitting the information, participating schools can log into the system again on or before 22 May 2020 to edit or add information if they wish so. After the information has been confirmed again, please check the correctness of the information in the email. Please note that the system will only record the last data entry. Any information which has not been "confirmed" in the system will NOT be considered as information formally submitted by the school. The CHSC will not be held responsible for any consequences therein.
7.  All submissions have to be completed on or before the application deadline (i.e. 22 May 2020). The system will cease operation after that day.
